(More customer reviews)Simply put, I purchased both main sets and this is the nicest cutlery I have ever owned. I just trashed my Henkels (they are not what they used to be), and gave these a try. I had never seen them before because they are not sold in stores. They are just wonderful. Be careful, I have cut myself several times already. These are the sharpest knives I have ever owned. They are also very light in the hand which feels awesome. My personal favorite at this moment is the tomato knife. The aluminum handles are very original and sheik looking. I bought a 25 slot Knife block and now they are all nicely displayed in my Kitchen. I especially love the card these sets come with that is personally signed by the knife sharpener (a real person!) at this company. Every set is hand crafted and sharpened! This is 2011 and to find that type of personalized quality still in existance is just amazing...and far removed from the mass produced chinese junk out there.
