(More customer reviews)Love these paring knives! Not serrated but for paring vegetables and fruits, they fit my hand perfectly and give a nice smooth cut. I do a LOT of peeling and these are my favorites. The blades stay sharp and if they weren't so small, I probably would misplace them less than I do. I have tried many other styles and blade types but I look for these every time! Shipping was fast and well packed.
