(More customer reviews)You have to provide your own pole to stake this. I tried a single wooden stake (approx 1/2" x 1.5" x 6') in a 16" wide x 12" high container but it was too unstable. So instead I used (2) 5 foot lengths of 1/2" white PVC conduit. I give this cage 2 stars because they are pretty flimsy plastic. The day after I put them up we had a rain storm and the top of one of the cages just broke off. So although the poles and the vice attachment at the top are still connected, the cage itself came unattached and just dropped down and there is no way to fix this since it's just molded plastic. I still gave it 2 stars because the other 2 cages that came in this pack are working fine so far. You really do need to stake this cage with 2-3 poles to make it stable if you are using it in a container.
