I have had it less than a week and have used it to make home made potato chips twice (something we never would have even bothered with before we got it, now it is fast and easy and delicious!). I've also used it for slicing and shredding veggies and cheese for salads and sandwiches. It does slice pretty fine, but it is so much faster and easier than doing it by hand! I keep my mixer and attachments out all the time and I use them so much. They allow me to make better food, faster and easier than before.
