(More customer reviews)In my opinion, Rada Cutlery is a hidden gem among all the kitchenware that is available today. The knives and gadgets are well made and durable--I especially love this peeler for carrots and cucumbers and my serrated chopper makes short work of chopping a cup or more of nuts (and I do not have to drag out the food processor, etc.).
I have many Rada knives, also, and find them to remain sharp for a long time and to have a good "feel" in the hand. They are also made in USA!

Quality kitchen tools you know and trust! Overall length is 7.25", blade length is 1.75". Amazingly sharp. Right or left hand use. Blade swivels with produce shape.
